REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Payments can be made at the Zoo Gift Shop or mailed to the Zoological Society of Manitoba, 54 Zoo Drive, Winnipeg, MB R3P 2N8

VIP (Behind-the-Scenes) Tours:

• Our back-cage tours require a minimum of two and a maximum of five participants.
• These tours are for adults or teens aged 13 and older.
• You can choose your tour for 8:30 - 11:30 am or 12:30 - 3:30 pm.
• All participants must sign a waiver and medical form to take part in a VIP tour.

Camps:

• We ask that you cancel at least 10 business days prior to the start of the program for a refund of 90% of the program fee. Cancellations with less than 10 business days notice receive a refund of 75% of the program fee. No refunds are given for cancellations with less than 2 business day's notice
• We reserve the right to expel unmanageable participants without a refund.
• Full payment must be received to guarantee placement. Please add GST to fee.
• All campers must complete consent and medical forms to participate.

School and Group Tours:

• A deposit of $60 must accompany your booking. The balance owing is due the day of your program.
• We ask that you cancel a booking no less than 10 business days in advance of a scheduled program. Cancellations with fewer than 10 business days will be charged a $20 administrative fee. Cancellations with less that 72 hours notice will forfeit the booking deposit of $60.

Family Programs

• Our Zoo Tots and Zoo Kids program are specially designed for children aged 3 and 4
• These programs are not weather dependent as they are held inside for all themes except but a short portion of the camel, monkey and reindeer programs.

Location

All of our programs begin and end, unless otherwise arranged, at the Zoo Education Centre. We are located on Corydon Ave at the south gate entrance of the zoo.
